The Unisyn GURU™ is a web-based self service knowledge portal which allows you to resolve technical support inquiries without directly contacting a representative Unisyn. Using the Unisyn GURU™, you can check on existing cases or technical support questions, log new cases, leverage suggested solutions to close cases, or search for solutions.

With the Unisyn GURU™ you can:

• Search our knowledge database for known solutions to your ultrasound technical support questions.
• Create new cases and manage open and closed cases.
